表面處理
■ 外表面：粗糙度Ra≤0.4um、亞光處理、拉絲處理、電拋處理、噴砂處理。
■ 內表面：粗糙度Ra≤0.05um、機械拋光、電解拋光。

電解拋光可達到極高的表面粗糙度Ra≤0.05um使表面形成一層致密堅固的富鉻固體透明膜，極大提高不銹鋼表面抗腐蝕強度。
■ 電解拋光后表面為陽極之溶解，表面更平滑，使設備表面不粘壁，易清洗，符合GMP要求。
■ 消除表面應力集中，表面形成富鉻，提高表面鈍化能力。
■ 不對母材產生任何副作用。
