1、用進(jìn)口316L制作，換熱內(nèi)管規(guī)格為Φ12×1.0mm。
2、內(nèi)表面電化拋光，粗造度Ra0.2μm～Ra0.4μm，與管板氬弧焊接，焊口進(jìn)行拋光處理。
3、用珍珠棉保溫，外表面用304亞光板或拉絲處理。
4、換熱面積有0.1～30m2

2. Electrochemical polishing of inner surface
reaches Ra0.2μm, Have an argon arc welding and
weld is polished.
3. Use pearl cotton to keep temperature and
outer surface is used 304satin finished plate or
hair-line.
